7-course menu composed especially by our Chef and his team, served every evening and Sunday lunchtimes.

Every piece of meat will be served with Pont Neuf potatoes, a Bordeaux sauce and pepper and a mixed salad.

 
The Rib steak and the Beef Rib will also be accompanied by a toast of country bread and warm bone marrow with Guérande salt.
